About Carol Fenner

How did my journey unfold?

I began my healing journey over 20 years ago, but the first part of my career is equally as important, because it gave me a grounded approach. My orthodox background began in the Civil Service, where I worked as a clerical assistant to help a wide range of people managing challenging situations on a day-to-day basis. I later worked as an Information Adviser in Further Education, giving advice to hundreds of students.

I then had an opportunity to work for a private training organisation, funded by the National Lotteries Board, to manage a Community Learning Centre for disadvantaged clients. This provided training in Basic Computer Skills, Confidence Building and Personal Development, including CV creation. It was here that I qualified as an Adult Guidance Adviser, following on with an Adult Trainers Award and then as a Counsellor, after two years of clinical practice. This Coordinator role required me initially to create all the training materials, teach a class of clients and do all administration. Later, I was able to take on volunteers and paid staff to run the programmes. This role was pivotal in my journey, as it showed me how important all of these tools are in helping people to move forward: counselling, guidance and teaching.

At the end of the project I moved on to work for a local authority for 11 years as an Adult Guidance Adviser. This role involved offering one to one client sessions providing advice and guidance, and group sessions, working in library settings with the general public and introducing the service to clients on community service orders. I worked closely with partner organisations and spent 4 years working in the Probation Service with clients who were ready to return to work. It was during this role that I also began training in alternative therapies, which came about as a result of my husband sustaining a severe injury in a motorbike accident twenty years ago.

The next chapter of my life

My spiritual journey

When this accident happened I was devastated and had no idea what to do. It was then that a colleague introduced me to Reiki – something I had not heard of before.

After visiting a Reiki practitioner, I decided I wanted to learn how to give healing myself so that this could also help my husband. I began by giving him healing at bedtime when he was more relaxed, and he noticed an improvement in flexibility and level of pain after a few sessions. I am happy to say he has now fully recovered.

I then went on to become attuned to Western Reiki, later learning Karuna. I continued with attunements in Jikiden Reiki from Tadao Yamaguchi himself (pictured in the image), son of Chiyoko Yamaguchi, who first learned Reiki in 1938 from Chujiro Hayashi Sensei. This was a wonderful experience and a great privilege.

Discovering healing

I noticed how energies blended in different ways and was also then drawn to crystals. I studied Crystal Healing with Hazel Raven for three years, completing a Postgraduate Honours Diploma in Advanced Crystal Therapy. I was one of the first students to be attuned to Rahanni Celestial Healing. This system heals on a finer vibration than traditional Reiki. I completed both parts to this training with Carol Stacey, the founder, and used this healing system alongside working with crystals.

I trained in Transference Healing, which is an alchemical healing process, supporting clients to become more empowered. I found a local tutor and studied the Fundamentals procedures. Later I trained with Alexis Cartwright, who is the channel for this modality, and learnt the Advanced procedures and Teaching system. I trained in Child of Light, Beyond Doorways and Animal Magic, which are additional procedures within the modality. This healing is a very different way of working with clients and uses advanced procedures for clearing the Lightbody (auric field). At this point I began to commit to having regular Frequency Healing.

specialising in womb blessing work

After recuperating from surgery for fibroids I began to search for therapies which suited women only, helping them to come to terms with female only issues, such as menopause and childbirth. I discovered Miranda Gray, who was teaching Womb Blessings and Healings, so I registered and completed the training to become a ‘Moon Mother’.

This therapy helped with my own healing and instigated great personal change for me, as it was also at this point that I decided to stop colouring my hair and think about how I could use more natural products in and on my body.

My son's journey

In 2013 my 19 year old son was suddenly seriously unwell. We rushed him into hospital, where he became more delirious and did not know who we were. It was a frightening experience and eventually he had to be sedated for his own safety. He reacted very badly to the medication and began to have seizures, which then resulted in him needing to go on a ventilator. He was moved to a specialist unit and continued to be in intensive care for a month. During this time I continued to work, moving my case load to the morning so I could travel over to the hospital each afternoon during visiting time to be with him. It was one of the most intense and stressful periods of my life.

However I found friends and even people I did not know, offering gifts of healing and praying for him, or offers of cooking meals and driving my elder daughter to work to reduce my general workload. It was very hard for me to concentrate on my work and eventually I realised I was suffering from stress when I went into the kitchen to make myself a cup of tea and could not remember how to do it! I went to the doctor and was signed off sick for 6 weeks – something I have never done in my entire life – and so when he was finally released from the hospital I was able to spend quality time with him.

When I returned to work the job which I had enjoyed for 11 years had finally lost its glow. Having had time to reassess my priorities I realised that I wanted to offer more alternative options to clients who were struggling, rather than the orthodox guidance or counselling session. I felt that I had had proof enough over the years of how powerful energy therapies are, and that I now wanted to work full time on creating my business. By Feb 2014 I had resigned from my adult guidance role and I left the following month. It was one of the best decisions I had ever made!

The rest of that year was focused more on my son’s healing journey and helping him to become free of medication. As he began to recover I took him for regular sessions of Frequency Healing to clear his aura of these strong medications. By late summer of that year he was completely free of the toxins in his body and so we planned a big family holiday in November to New York to celebrate.

The next chapter of my life

Goddess and limiting belief work

After that I focused more on my private work and spent some time offering Goddess Retreats and group sessions for women, in collaboration with a therapist friend. This was very enjoyable and in total contrast to the previous year! I realised that it was all part of my healing journey and feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to do this.

I then felt called to work more on a global level with clients and searched for a healing ‘tool’ which could help me to do this online. It was then I discovered Energy Editing, which incorporates muscle testing (Kinesiology) with Counselling and introduces a client to their own energy system in a very practical and simple way.

Navigating challenging times

My Dad was 91 in 2020 and living in sheltered accommodation, where he had lived since his 70’s.

He found the mask mandates and the idea of a pandemic slightly silly, but just got on with the situation.  Dad was mentally very agile.  He had worked as an Electrical Technician, he understood higher maths and physics, played the piano and piano accordion.  He had been part of a group who played concerts in care homes and hospitals to keep peoples spirits up.

In 2021 visiting rights were restricted, even though he had his own flat, so I hardly saw him. We spoke sporadically on the phone, which got worse as time went on.  This was because Dad was not talking to anyone in the day and not having any carers check on him (which he had had the previous year) so he was beginning to present with memory loss.  Sometimes he couldn’t remember how to answer his phone.  Fortunately my brother lived nearby, and was able to buy his food

Dad had always been able to prepare his own food and even go for long walks, so it was upsetting to see his mental health decline.

In the September of 2021 Dad went for a walk and then we discovered that an ambulance had taken him to hospital because they ascertained that he was confused and dehydrated. He was taken to Stevenage hospital for a couple of weeks, during which time I spoke to him on the phone and he seemed brighter and much more coherent.

Then a week later we were told he had Covid and would need to be moved. I was confused as to how Dad could catch anything in a sterile environment.

Despite our pleas, the hospital denied my brother and me any visitation or even a simple phone call.  At this point I began to fearful.

Our concerns deepened when Dad was moved to a disused nursing home in Watford.  I tried to get in touch with the facility but there was no direct phone number, just staff with mobile phones, or so I was informed by Lister Hospital in Stevenage when I tried to pry information from them on how to get in touch.

Astonishingly, even Social Services seemed unaware of this facility.  It was only later we discovered it was makeshift facility for Covid patients.  I just wanted to find my Dad to see if he was ok.

After a week into this ordeal we received the distressing news that Dad’s health had deteriorated and so he had been moved to Watford General Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

My brother and I both rushed over to this hospital, where we were forced to wear all plastic suits and face masks to be allowed to visit Dad. We were only allowed one hour in total and could only see Dad individually.

Dad was clearly over medicated; he was trying to speak and also trying to get out of the bed. The doctor kept saying Dad was in pain, but he looked angry more than anything. It was later revealed that he had been administered excessive doses of morphine and midazolam.

The next day we were rung and told our Dad had died.

My Dad’s signet ring, watch and wallet were missing. Watford hospital denied that he had arrived with any of these items, so we went back to the makeshift hospital, where we managed to retrieve his wallet and watch. However Dad’s signet ring had been stolen.

If you have had a similar experience I have a link where you can read a bit more about this sad state of affairs below.

This may seem too personal and perhaps controversial to mention on an About page, but I feel it is important as it has all shaped my approach to healing and supporting people.

I am heartbroken at my Dad’s treatment, but I am continuing to work on healing myself and releasing anger towards those complicit.

I also realise that these life challenges always bring something else with them; a sort of learning about yourself or a gift of a different perspective.

Losing my Dad made me want to be of more service.  There has been a despicable lack of compassion for a great many people these last few years.  So I felt I wanted to gift something back just because I could.

Recognising the challenges many are facing, I have chosen to gift a healing programme with support for those who have been injured by the Covid vaccine.  This initiative is in collaboration with the charity UK CV Family.

UK CV Family provides support and advocacy for those who have experienced adverse reactions after receiving the covid-19 vaccines.  They are actively raising awareness amongst the British healthcare system, media and government.  For more details, please visit:  https://www.ukcvfamily.org/

Justice for all ❤️

Whilst taking on board all my learning and life experiences I have felt constantly supported and guided by my faith in God, who is ever-present and loving. My reason for offering assistance to the public is to help them to connect to their own divinity and find a deeper meaning and joy in their life.
